What Do Interior And Exterior Painting Have In Common?

Let’s think about this a little bit. There are a lot of things that interior and exterior painting don’t have in common, first off. They use different types of paint. There is a different style priority, where your interior spaces tend to rely more on paint color than what’s outside. There are different styles of repainting: outdoor stuff tends to have a lot of the peeling, chipping, flaking or cracking that take some specific technique to fix.

But let’s talk about what these two types of painting do have in common, and how to be sure that, at the end of the day, you chose the right painter.

Cost and Quality

What interior and exterior painting have in common is the need for quality work.

Whether you’re painting a bathroom or kitchen with walls and trim and areas around windows and wall outlets, or you’re outdoors painting metal railings or custom soffits or other areas of a porch or patio or outdoor space, you’re still trying to get those clean lines and angles with the very least amount of paint sprayed or spattered on adjoining surfaces or objects. That’s the goal. Then you have to figure out how to get there.

Some of the more sophisticated customers have been getting good at looking at these jobs with a critical eye, and spotting any mess a mile away. They want to be confident in what they’re getting for their money, and that means being vigilant about the quality of the job and the way that it looks when everything is done.

We get that, and at Yawata Company, we’ve been applying our professional expertise to making jobs look their best. We know that this is a very important part of value-added service for both commercial and painting jobs, and so, we have been honing our skill and the skills of our crews, to offer more than the average paint shop does.

We believe in quality. That’s why we’re dedicated to doing these jobs the right way, and providing transparency and good communication all of the way through. Scheduling is another important aspect of best practices when you’re dealing with customers on a paint job.

You can hire anybody with a paintbrush, but you’re not likely to get the same kinds of results, or the same satisfaction in a job well done. If you have a paint project that needs doing, let’s talk – about how we can get you world-class results.
