How do I know when to treat/stain my deck?
There is a simple test to determine when your deck needs to be treated, during the next rainstorm, watch the water as it strikes the deck, if the stain/sealer is doing its job, water will bead on the wood’s surface. But, if stain/sealer is worn out, the wood of your deck will absorb the water. In this case as soon it dries, apply a fresh coat of wood stain/sealer
